by now you probably already know that I am on pilgrimage to Rome and Assisi. Today, I plan on visiting the Vatican and hopefully be present for the Pope’s Sunday address and blessing of the people in St. Peter’s Square. Tomorrow’s pilgrimage will led us to the town of Assisi and closer to St. Francis one of the saints I truly love. As I make this pilgrimage know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers as I discern where God is leading me and our faith community. There is just so much history here, everywhere you look, another interesting aspect of this eternal city. Know that our entire faith community is part of this pilgrimage through the intercession of the saints who bodies and relics are present all over the city of Rome may they give us courage and strength to live out our faith. When I return, I’ll share some of these precious moments.

Peace,

Fr. Rob
